1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Timeframe: You may initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted, unless otherwise specified by law or in exceptional circumstances determined by us in our sole discretion.
1.2 Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. This includes all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation that came with the product. Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way (except for defects or damages caused by us) will not be accepted for return.
1.3 Exceptions: Certain pet products are not eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. These may include, but are not limited to:
  • Pet food that has been opened
  • Pet grooming products that have been used
  • Customized or personalized pet products
  • Perishable pet items
2. Defective or Damaged Products
2.1 If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact our customer support immediately upon discovery. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement for such items.
2.2 For defective or damaged products, we may require you to provide photos or other evidence of the issue to assess the situation. Depending on the circumstances, we will either arrange for a full refund, a replacement product, or a store credit, at our discretion.
3. Return Process

  • The name and description of the product(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the product (if applicable, especially for defective or damaged items)
3.2 Return Authorization: After receiving your return request, our customer support team will review it and, if approved, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product. You must include the RA number on the return package; otherwise, we may refuse to accept the return.
3.3 Shipping the Return: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us in accordance with the provided instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we are not responsible for loss or damage to the product during return shipping.

4. Refunds
4.1 Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned product (to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
4.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
4.3 Shipping Costs:
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped), we will refund the original shipping cost in addition to the product price.
  • For other eligible returns (e.g., change of mind), the original shipping cost is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
In some cases, we may offer an exchange for a different size, color, or model of the product, subject to availability. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the same return process outlined above and specify your exchange request in your communication with our customer support.
